Rules of use
- Lunch service from 9am to 11am.
- Cold dinner on request.
- Hiring for full days, check-in from 14:00 and check-out before 12:00.
- Only the people indicated in the reservation will be admitted per bedroom.
- The guests can use the common areas of the house, the swimming pool and the outdoor areas, respecting the private areas indicated.
- The barbecue and the barbecue can be used on request.
- Pets are not allowed except in specific cases indicated by law.
- Smoking is not allowed in any indoor area.
- Breakfast is not allowed in the rooms, if you communicate it can be done in the common dining room.
- Access to the swimming pool is free, children must be accompanied by an adult.
- There is a timetable of silence established between 23:00 and 8:00.
- No parties are allowed.
- Pool towel service on request.

Booking guarantee
The client can guarantee the reservation:
- By paying a 30% advance payment of the total stay, within three days of making the reservation.
- By credit card, in this case no advance payment will be charged.
Cancellations
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
- If notification is given before 15 days of the arrival date, the advance payment will be refunded.
- If notification is given less than 15 days in advance, 30% of the advance payment will be charged.
